"Playing in my grandparents' village as a child was a time of wonder and innocence. Travelling often from Canada to tranquil villages in Northern Greece was, for me, a time like no other. Cherished memories, gentle landscapes, and bursts of colour everywhere were very evident to me. Even at such a young age, I loved the simplicity and charm of the people, unforgettable sights and sounds. They stay with me today as dreamy images that, when put on canvas, become a magical time again."
